17 days down.....

The lack of knowing when my husband returns is killing me!!! I want to be able to count down the days, hah! I get to talk with Elijah every once in a while. For example, last night I went to sleep at around 11:30 pm and he called at around 12:15. I had to answer-it was my awesome husband calling! Being half asleep and on the phone are two places I don't want to be at once if I can help it though ;).....even so, We had less than a minute of conversation that consisted of something like this:

Me: "Hi sweetheart!"
E: "Heeeeyyyyyy"
E: "Are you getting to sleep okay?"
Me: "Yes, I'm getting there."
E: "What? I can't hear you because it's loud out here. We are going from mission to mission tonight and all we have time for is gassing up and reloading. I thought I would have a little time to talk but I don't. I said I would call you though."
Me: "Oh, no worries. I love you."
E: noise gets louder......"Oh man, I gotta go hun. I'm sorry. I love you dearly."
Me: "Okay, I love you too."
E: "I'm praying for you and thinking of you so much over here."
Me: "Dito! Goodnight hun."
.......

That pretty much sums our most recent conversation up......it gets harder after awhile. But, the end of this short time of distance is nearing.

I'm keeping myself super busy. Grad school starts back next week: Managerial Finance and Leadership Theory are the two classes I'm taking. Should be interesting. Also, I have something to do almost every night this week.....dinner with girlfriends, exercise with girlfriends, church concert, study time, more yard work.....I'm holding up just fine. God is taking care of me. Thanks everyone for your prayers. I have been very peaceful this month ;).

Please pray that my husband gets home this month. The more time together, the better. ;)
