I have officially lost 10 pounds and I feel great!!!! I'm still working out five days a week I still write down everything I eat. I'm in 45 days strong now.....and it's getting much easier to stay away from that SUGAR!!!!! OH, did I mention my new wardrobe budget is up to $200?!?

I go by the fist size rule
I'm doing cross-fit at least twice a week now
Watching Extreme Weight loss edition to get weekly motivation
